Both. Coaching is tailored to where you are right now. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, we’ll build a plan that fits your current situation and goals.

Most clients choose weekly or fortnightly sessions. We will decide together based on your goals, schedule, and what level of support works best for you.

Life happens. We will reschedule when possible, and you can always reach out between sessions. The goal is progress, not perfection.

Yes I do! Check out the Say>>Do Coaching & Support Group for a community-based option. But if you want personalised 1:1 attention, this is the right fit.

Sessions are typically around 45 minutes. Between sessions, expect 30-60 minutes per week for actions, tracking, and reflection. It is designed to fit into a busy life.

Both. We work on the practical stuff (plans, systems, habits) and the psychological stuff (confidence, self-talk, follow-through, being in alignment). You need both to make real change.
